AGENT COMMISSION SPLIT As the South Gate team grows, the split percentages are revised to pass on the success to everyone. We reward those who produce. As your volume grows so does your commission split.
NO RENT TO PAY Most independent model companies charge office rent fees per month depending on your use of the office. South Gate does not charge for use of the office.
NO NATIONAL FRANCHISE FEES TO PAY There is no cost to our Brokers for materials.
FREE WEBSITE According to NAR, 93% of all home buyers do at least part of their search on the internet. Our website, www.buysellrealestate.info, is a reflection of the professional style of our Brokers.
FREE TRANSACTION COORDINATION We have a licensed administrator who can do full service management for our Brokers. Now you can write a contract, turn it in to the administrator and develop a partnership agreement to determine what support and follow-up will be done for you. There is no cost to you for this service! This service alone could boost your production by 25%.
FREE AGENT TRAINING Developing skills is important to veteran Brokers, but critical to new Brokers. Unlike many companies who expect you to learn the business on your own, South Gate provides personal one-on-one training with seasoned professionals, all at no charge.

MANAGEMENT DECISION MAKING All Brokers and unlicensed staff members participate in developing and revising company policies, practices and decisions. We meet each month to review schedules, advertising and production and make changes as necessary.
PARTICIPATIVE MANAGEMENT In order to develop the knowledge and experience to be a part of the South Gate Management Decision Making team, each Broker is scheduled to work with the management training staff on a weekly basis. This time is used to provide additional training for new Brokers and reinforcement training for veteran Brokers.
